Exercise and Pilates Reformer Classes
Since we began in 2019, SmartMoves have been offering small group classes. In February 2024, we opened SmartMoves Studio at 470 New Canterbury Road, Dulwich Hill - directly across the road from our main clinic. Our classes cater for everyone. We have a maximum of 5 participants per class ensuring close supervision. Classes are 45 minutes. They are fun and we pride ourselves on our ability to find the right level for each participant in order to achieve your goals.
Our Pilates and exercise programs are tailored to suit your needs. We recommend an initial physiotherapy screening to assess your strengths and weaknesses, history of injury, general health and any conditions you may have, as well as discuss and set your goals. Or if you just want to make a start, you are welcome to join any class using our online booking system.
Your sessions may be claimable through your private health fund if you are using the sessions to treat a specific condition or conditions and undertake our initial consultation. We ask that you check all the requirements with your health fund as these may vary between funds.

Pilates Reformer - 100’s of different exercises targeting all body parts
Mat exercise
Weight training
Resistance bands
Balance equipment such as Bosu Balls, balance discs and foam rollers
Aerobic steppers
Pilates balls and rings
