Ben enjoys working with clients from different backgrounds and across the lifespan.
Ben has spent most of his life playing a variety of sports including hockey, tennis, soccer, futsal, rowing and golf. As such, he knows how hard it is being sidelined through injury. Ben understands the need for strong management and guidance through acute injury and beyond to improve performance and reduce recurrence. Ben enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals and get back to doing the things they love, whether that be work, sport or life. Ben enjoys educating his clients to better understand their injury and empowering them to take an active approach in their management. Ben has a keen interest in running and sports related injuries, tendon problems, vestibular issues, cervicogenic headache, and hip and knee injuries.
When he’s not at work, you’ll often find Ben down at the beach, running, playing a variety of sports, or spending time with his friends and family.
